Project delivered for Vietnam National Credit Information Center (CIC), with the goal of Team Lead, team size 26 members, during Nov 2025 - Feb 2026.
Role & responsibilities
- Discuss and analyze business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage development team, assign tasks, and track project progress.
- Design and build large-scale credit data processing system.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure product quality.
- Coordinate with other teams for system deployment and operation.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes (K8s) using Argo CD.
Results & value delivered
CIC is a large-scale project related to national credit data, processing and managing credit information from financial institutions. The system uses Apache Cassandra for big data processing, Oracle Database for relational data storage, ELK Stack for monitoring and log analysis, and NextJS for modern web interface.
